He said their top pick for Best Actress is Jessica Chastain for her role in The Eyes of Tammy Faye. She visited Arkansas to be a part of ACS’ Filmland festival last year.Ford said even local filmmakers have big aspirations. “I think all filmmakers deep down, secretly want to win an Oscar, but we are excited,” Ford said. “Jessica Chastain came to our Filmland last fall, and Jessica was there with Nichols, our co-founder. They worked together on ‘Take Shelter’ and had a phenomenal q-and-a, so we are rooting for Jessica at this.”The fifth annual Filmland: Arkansas will take place in Little Rock in November.
